舊約聖經創世紀篇說，剛開始人類是共用一種語言的。

他們互相合作，希望建造一個直通天堂的巴貝爾塔(tower of Babel)，將分布在各地的人類結合起來。上帝為了懲罰他們的自大，打散了語言，讓人類再度散落在世界上的各角落，無法彼此溝通，也就停止了這項建塔的計劃....

披頭四中約翰藍濃所作的"Imagine"，因為各地紀念追悼九月十一日的關係，再度被廣為播放。

不知道為什麼，伴隨著John Lennon幽幽的歌聲，我又想起了Babel的故事.....
