甩手 拍腿

1.在身體兩側 從前到後甩雙臂一百遍

2.用左手拍右臂內側關節一百遍再交換

3.坐著用雙手拍擊膝蓋兩側一百遍

每天做一百遍 可以刺激血液循環及增強免疫系統 對痛風具療效作用
