【隆河】Domaine du Grand Tinel CNDP Alexis Establet 2003
其實在週六下午去喝Casanova di Neri之前，我在中午已經喝過另外一場，不過酒款多且紛雜，有波爾多、隆河、阿根廷、智利等，但是昨天一整天喝下來，除了Brunello di Montalcino DOCG CERRETALTO 1999之外，我最喜歡的酒款還有一隻，就是一隻教皇新堡的酒款：Domaine du Grand Tinel CNDP Alexis Establet 2003，這隻酒比起Casanova di Neri的酒款來說，簡直是物美價廉到了極點。
這酒款是一隻高比例Grenache（Grenache 90%, Syrah 5%, Other 5%）的教皇新堡，平均樹齡達到85年，喝起非常甜美迷人，很難想像同時具有皮毛香氣與極甜美的紅莓果的風味可以做得如此平衡優雅，單寧如絲雅緻，香氣非常迷人，真好。
Robert Parker（真的是Robert Parker評的，不是Wine Advocate的其他編輯）給了92分：
Darker ruby in color than the regular bottling, the 2003 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Alexis Establet, which is primarily Grenache aged in foudres with a touch of some smaller old barrels, displays distinctive allspice and cinnamon notes intermixed with ground pepper, garrigue, kirsch liqueur, plum, and even some blacker fruits. The wine is full-bodied, broad, and expansive, with a huge mouthfeel, silky tannins, and a stunningly long finish. It is hard to resist but should drink well for 10-12 years.

先簡單地說：
Casa Marin Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc 2007是比較肥美的Cloudy Bay。
Domaine du Grand Tinel 的風味細膩、甜美，Domamine de Saint Paul的果香奔放，兩家一般級現在已經可以喝，Cuvee的都還可以陳年3-5年以上。聽說K大不看星光大道，Domaine du Grand Tinel 像是梁文音，Domamine de Saint Paul像是葉緯庭。
喜歡奶油風味比較濃郁的，Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Barossa Valley Shiraz 2006 蠻適合的～
豪邁那裡最近又進了兩隻價格合理的教皇新堡，尤其聽說那隻老藤尬贏不少小有名氣的酒莊，有機會我得去試試：
