From the airport: Please call us on the freecall number 1800 688 335
and we will arrange an airport shuttle bus for a pick up. The shuttle
bus is available from 7am to 7pm. If you stay 3 nights or more the
pick up is FREE!

From the Coach Terminal: Catch a taxi to City Resort Hostel 103-105
Palmer St Woolloomooloo. If you stay 3 nights or more we will refund
up to $10 of the taxi fare! Taxi fares usually cost between $7~$12.

From any other location: Just call us, you will get our contact
information upon booking.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION ***
Check in time is any time between 10am and 10pm. If you are arriving
outside these hours, please notify the hostel. When you arrive at the
airport, just dial the freecall number from any public phone (you
don’t need coins) and we will give you a free pick up (minimum 3
nights stay).

we arrieve the airport at 10PM
but the airport shuttle bus is only from 7am to 7pm

Hello Ling yu Tang,

Don’t worry about it.
Even though you cannot use our pick up service, you can use all other
shuttle buses or taxis from the airport to come here.
If you show the receipt to the receptionist, they’ll give you the
refund up to $10. FYI, our hostel is quite close to the airport.
Make sure that you bring the address below and kindly let our
receptionist know your late check-in before arrival.

My friends told to me that there is a ”hotel buses” at sydney airport
Traveler can go to hotel by the buses.
Does it can take us to your hotel?
If it can do it,we arrive airport at 10:30PM.
Does bus work?
we check out and go to Melbourne at 1/28
our plane take off time at 11:30 AM
So we must go to airport before 10:00 AM
could your shuttle bus take us to airport?

Dear Ling,

I’m afraid our shuttle bus hours are from 7am to 7pm. that’s why I’ve
recommend you that you can use other shuttle buses or taxis.
And Please kindly note that we provide you either free pick-up from
the airport or free drop-off to the airport when check-out.
Anyway you have to choose only one. so if you’re not going to use a
free-pick up from this airport because our shuttle bus hours’s over,
you can use our free drop-off service instead when you go to the
airport after check-out. But of course in this case, you have to pay
when you come to our hostel from the airport at night. Because you are

going to arrive in Sydney late at night, you cannot use our shuttle
bus service(free pick-up service). However you can use other shuttle
buses or taxis and show us the receipt, then we’ll give you the full
refund for the shuttle and up to $10.00 refund for the taxi fare. The
taxi fare will be approximately about $25, but when there’s heavy
traffic it could be much more expensive. Please don’t forget bring our

address for coming to our hostel.
Also please remember you can use either pick-up service or drop-off
service for free. we can provide only one for free. Thank you!
