so they’re up again looking for buyers.

但是他們的 price 很 firm, 沒有 $445,000 一切免談

我的 agent 進去 negotiate, 沒用
我一直在旁邊給他 advices, 教他 ”$445,000” 就是 ”死死我,000”, 不吉利

給 no subject on financing, meaning I’m confident to have $$ to buy

甚至我直接打電話過去

講軟的, 來硬的, 又喊又罵, 又套交情


沒用就是沒用

就是要 $445,000, 沒辦法
