聽完陳執行長的簡歷與精采的演說，不禁想了解陳執行長這一路走來的點點滴滴與心情故事，透過網路的資料搜尋意外發現陳執行長的一本著作：真愛烘焰坊-台東聖母醫院的故事。這本書主要是在說台東聖母醫院的故事，原本他們面臨了關門的危機，但自從一些人出現後有了轉機，雖然醫院還是很窮，但是因為窮所以他們知道尊重生命，懂的愛人，在這些歲月裡他們做美的事情，他們只因為「我愛你只因你是你」的信念，來堅持做美的事，也因為這些信念讓更多人也願意做美的車。這本書中提及醫院如何從危機發展為契機使醫院可以繼續為窮人服務，這社會因為有大家的關愛才能照亮每一個昏暗的角落，讓那些需要幫助的人能重拾笑容，我們也要學習陳執行長犧牲奉獻給弱勢團體的精神，讓社會變得更美好。

天主教台東聖母醫院創立於 1 9 61年，曾經面臨了關門的危機，但自從一些人出現後有了轉機，雖然醫院還是很窮，但是因為窮所以知道尊重生命、懂的愛人，在這些歲月裡他們只因為「我愛你只因你是你」的信念，來堅持做美的事，也因為這些信念讓更多人也願意做美的事。陳執行長畢業於交大土木，先後從事不同的工作在前往台東的聖母醫院任職的期間還擔任過電影拍攝的工作者，他曾經笑說這份工作是他工作唯一超過一年半的職位。做很多事情的時候往往最重要的就是人跟人之間互動的熱情，有了與情很多原本看似不可能的任務都能夠被完成。談到 C EO的經歷陳執行長最推祟的 C EO是賈伯斯，他改變了世界上的許多產業，包括音樂產業、通訊產業、軟體業等等。
談到另一個角色〝電影工作者〞陳執行長說道：「若拍電影只為了幾個人拍的話，那就用V8拍就好」，電影應該要詳實的紀錄並對人產生警醒，陳執行長寫過最有名的劇本就是台灣變色龍，他寫了這劇本之後常常被人訪問這樣是不是敗壞社會風氣，但他覺得這部戲劇是對人性的警醒。陳執行長撰寫劇本的風格非常細膩，他能夠去感受各個人物當中可能的對話方式，盡可能的去融入他在寫的劇情揣摩劇中人物的情感。當你要關懷別人、要幫助別人時，去蒐集資源的時候會異常順利，因此在做任何事情時，把你背後的故事說給對方聽才是感動對方的關鍵。
