【焦糖脆布丁】材料:雞蛋、鮮奶、砂糖(比例1:120ML:10-15G)、香草莢步驟:1.鮮奶小火加熱微溫關火,放入砂糖攪拌至溶解和放涼2.雞蛋打散,過篩3-4次3.再加入鮮奶攪拌均勻。4.倒入耐熱容器,蒸約15分鐘!(水波爐設定蒸烤布丁模式)
