If you ever listened to my radio when I was on air for 2 years, you can recall 4 of us talked about dating with younger men! We all feel the same way! We are like babysitting! Education is also very important to me as anyone that is not compatible by education as that will not be able to last long! In the past, dating with higher education than me like PHD, it also depends as PHD is what in government we called "subjects expert" It never worked out with just high schoolers as during my interviews most of our bachelors said they don't care about it! As I said this is for me, lifelong experiences do not equal to education! College education is training you to be a thinker! That is big differences! I rather be with someone is highly educated! I have BA in Clinical Psychology and MA for Criminal Justice so before you reached me and sent me your diploma! Some people made up their LinkedIn profile so how could I know if you really graduated from the colleges you said you did!

Career! Since my work related to ACE and IT, I would prefer someone either owned their own company or work as top management positions! In the past, dating professors, it depends! You need to have a steady employment! Some of our bachelors during our interviews saying no need for career! As today's economic, you never know what is going to happen next! Having a job is better to sit it at home! Work also helped you moving so early retirement might be also not a good idea for today's society! Unless your finance is like represent of the country of Qatar!

Financial stability! Well management! Again it is just me! As my concept is my money is my money and your money is my money! Disagree! We are not compatible so move on!

Likable! All of my families my son and including in Taiwan like my mom and my extended families in US, my Godmother, they have to like you!

Enable to travel that is goal for next year!

Mental compatible; I am looking for marriage not just long term relationships or being in a relationship! After passing half of lifetime, life is about mental connection! Your intelligence knowledge and willing to share and give then you maybe able to connect!
