此曲為美國搖滾樂團The Velvet Underground ( 地下天鵝絨 ) 於1969所發行與樂團同名專輯中的歌曲，寫歌者為樂團的吉他手兼主唱Lou Reed。此位老兄的嗓音被認為和Bob Dylan 及滾石樂團的Mick Jagger有些相像，但，聽來實在不覺得怎麼樣。

歌曲的靈感為來自Reed的初戀女友Shelley Albin，Reed寫歌時Albin已婚，故而藉以虛構雙方有錯誤的婚外情。此曲曾被多部電影引用，包含韓國愛情電影《The Contact》及喜劇影集《High Kick through the roof》的其中一集中出現，想來，韓國可能有較多人孰悉此曲。

以下所貼影音為瑞典歌手藝人Jill Johnson ( 彈吉他者 ) 與Titiyo Yambalu的版本，Jill曾於1998與2003兩次代表瑞典參加歐洲歌唱大賽，分別獲得第10及第4名，為瑞典最成功的藝人之一，也擁有自己的電視節目。Titiyo除了是歌手也是詞曲作家，迄今共得過4座「Grammis獎 ( 瑞典的葛萊美獎 )」，也成就非凡。此影音製作得不錯，對幕後的合音者也有巧思安排，值得一賞。
