此曲為愛爾蘭鄉村樂團The Outlaws於2012所發行同名專輯中的主打歌曲，曲風輕快，融合了舞曲風格，可歸屬於「南方搖滾」。此專輯除CD外，所有歌曲也另以媒體形式播放。

一天中最美好的時光是夜晚？可以想像的是在夜晚時應該比較不會受到其他事物的干擾。歌詞中緊抱愛人共享倆人的世界，確實是非常地甜蜜美好。台長年輕時也很喜歡深夜時光，卻是獨自一人，「眾人皆睡我獨醒」，泡一杯咖啡、點上一支菸 ( 已戒 )，或聽音樂或看書，感覺真是享受。年老之後卻是相反，晚膳後早早就寢，雞未鳴即醒，至天亮前也是可安靜地做些自己喜歡的事。
