警消移工殉職 消權會：修法保障權益
【台灣醒報記者蘇盈之台北報導】針對日前桃園敬鵬工廠大火，救災現場缺乏充分訊息，導致5名警消及2名移工白白喪命。消防員工作權益促進會及台灣移工聯盟1日在內政部門口召開記者會，斥責相關制度缺失導致人員無辜喪命。內政部消防署副署長江濟人出面回應表示，各部會將針對各別負責的範圍進行處理，卻引起現場抗議民眾不滿，質疑是中央在卸責地方。
「在訊息尚未被充分提供前，消防人員有權於風險評估後拒絕進入火場搶救，以免白白犧牲。」消防員工作權益促進會秘書長朱智宇在記者會上痛斥，雖《消防法》及相關法律已規定廠房危險化學物品應如實報備，但火災現場緩不濟急，應修法使業者在現場主動告知相關知訊，否則業者應受刑責。
「內政部消防署應監督桃園市政府消防局，進行真相調查。而非由桃園市政府自行督責，以免有黑箱之嫌。」消防員工作權益促進會藍毓傑表示，3年前新屋大火在消權會和罹難家屬親自蒐證之後，才促使監察院於去年交出調查報告。因此他對消防署提出要求，應開放基層消防組織參與調查。
另外，因消防員屬於公務員，依法不得組織工會、行使相關協商權和爭議權，以致無法向高層人員進行協商談判相關權益。因此，朱智宇呼籲政府修法，「開放消防員組織工會，才能讓救人者也能自救。」而非僅在重大消防殉職案件發生，政府才願出面回應，暫時採納消權會建言。
去年桃園矽卡大火中喪生的移工家屬阮文忠也到場發言，呼籲政府重視並保障移工的工作安全，工廠和宿舍要分開，也請政府相關單位能夠查察宿舍環境，使移工們能安心工作。
內政部消防署副署長江濟人出面回應說，相關事宜以及是否積極參與相關修法，已由各級負責單位進行處理；並同意消防基層參與調查，也強調內政部及桃園市政府已有各自專案小組著手工作；但問到修法確切時間時，江則無法回應，引起現場消防及移工代表激烈抗議，並表示將向立委陳情，爭取修法。
