Impact Pulverizer

Our impact pulverizer meetsmost of the capacity requirements. It combines grinding, classifying,conveying in one single unit.

It grinds easily and offers asafe and economical option. We offer a wide range of particle sizingof any non abrasive material, hard or soft. The Impact Pulverizerconsists encased rotor-carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier forfinesse regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solidshaft.

Raw material from the feedhopper enters manually or automatically inside the roll feeder and asthe feeder pockets rotate spills into the grinding chamber. Theimpact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner platesreduces it into fine powder. The ground material is carried towardsthe whizzer classifier for clarification and the over size particlesare rejected by the finesse regulators (whizzer classifier) andreturns to the grinding chamber for further grinding.

Classified material is thenconveyed into the cyclone for collection and bagging. A dustcollector is provided in the system for ensuring dustless operationand no loss of ground powder.

Pulverisers /Pulverizers

VM De-lumpers, a simplifiedversion of Pre-Crushers, are recommended to crush materialscontaining small lumps into uniform coarser material. Generallysuitable for lighter duties like mounting inline with secondarygrinding mill or de-agglomeration applications. A single cam shaftcrushes material on the slotted grate & discharges through bottomscreen.
