南瓜飯 pumpkin rice

60ml olive oil
90 g buter
2 T onion dice + garlic
600g pumpkin
90 ml white wine
700 ml sotck
400g rice

Heat oil, butter, fry onion and garlic until the smell comes out. Add pumpkin, cook for a while.. Pour white wine, stock and add rice

80% cooked add salt pepper nugmet
90% cooked add P cheese
