170 bake for about 50 mins.. and its not enough.. should be an hour (or maybe more)

1 time using upper and lower heat, will split; next time use only lower heat but the bottom turns out like baked flour + water.. strange.. is it the pan's problem????? The first pan is sticky one as well....

make coffee flavor the next day, still shrink.
