關於新園旅館
簡介
Within Mirador Mansion, New Garden Hostel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, a short 1-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Its basic air-conditioned rooms all come with free Wi-Fi. The hostel also provides free wake-up calls and charged luggage storage services.
Simply furnished, all guestrooms come with a TV. Rooms with window are subject to availability. En suite bathrooms come with a shower.
New Garden Hostel is within a 10-minute walk from the Star Ferry Terminal and the China Ferry Terminal. It is surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Via Airbus A21, it is a 1-hour ride to Hong Kong International Airport.
There is an on-site ATM cash machine, as well as fax facilities. The hostel also provides laundry services at an extra charge.

Guests arriving later than 00:00 (midnight) must contact the hostel in advance. The contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Flat C2, Floor 13 and ignore the salespeople around the hostel. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy The reception desk is on a different floor as the rooms. Pre-authorisation from credit card will be processed before arrival to secure your reservation. This pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Check-out time from 9:00 to 11:00. Thank you for your cooperation.
Guest will have to pay HKD300 room deposit for securing room facilities. It's refundable upon check out when the room is checked. We can also pre-authorize on the card as deposit and release after room check. Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival.

: 美日棒球明星賽第五戰移師到名古屋巨蛋進行，日本武士再度展現逆轉功力，雖然一度落後4分，但七、八局共拿5分，最後6比5擊敗MLB明星隊，目前五戰中拿下四勝一敗，確定在這次交流賽占上風，明日最終戰仍在名古屋巨蛋進行。
MLB明星隊二局上先靠著霍金斯擊出兩分打點全壘打，先馳得點取得2比0領先，日本武士二局下也還以顏色，目前效力讀賣巨人的岡本和真也擊出陽春全壘打，日本追回一分，而MLB明星隊三、四、六局各得一分，將比數拉開為5比1。
不過這次交流賽對日本來說，勝利方程式幾乎是落後情況下採取逆襲攻勢，將戰局翻轉，今天也再度重演一次。七局下半日本武士隊靠著四支安打，包含效力西武獅的山川穗高代打建功，打出關鍵追平的安打，日本武士將比數追平。

: 【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】老年人、小朋友穿著統一服裝，手持沙鈴隨著節奏搖擺，吶喊出口號，共同展現青春活力。臺北市政府衛生局8日於劍潭青年活動中心群英堂舉辦2018「銀髮青春、活力SHOW」市級競賽，長者們在舞蹈、歌曲、戲劇等方面發揮巧思，充分展現自信與魅力。台北市長柯文哲表示，「很多長輩們什麼都不缺，缺的是與兒孫相處的機會。」並鼓勵青少年多陪伴家中長輩。
「北市5月底老年人口比例已達16.68%，為六都之冠，也是六都最長壽的城市。」柯文哲表示，臺北市自100年起響應世界衛生組織推動高齡友善城市策略，以「無礙、暢行、安居、親老、敬老、不老、連通、康健」8大面向為軸，推動社區整合照顧服務、設置銀髮好站、樂齡運動據點、開辦樂齡學堂、招募銀髮貴人等，共同辦理社區長者健康促進活動、社區篩檢服務及長者相關疫苗接種。
柯文哲表示，12支代表隊伍融入在地特色，例如巧妙將北投的「溫泉」意象融入表演中，呈現區域特色，或運用飲料罐等環保材料自製樂器，透過手作的過程，強化長者的感官功能。柯文哲呼籲，年輕人應多陪伴家中長者，增進世代間的互動，他感動地說：「很多長輩們什麼都不缺，缺的是與兒孫相處的機會，看到許多隊伍由老、中、青三代一起演出，拉近彼此距離，內心非常感動！」
北市衛生局表示，活動共有12支隊伍參賽，有774位長輩參與，其中90歲以上長輩更高達25位，現場邀請北市吉祥物「熊讚」擔任長者「活力大使」，與臺北市柯文哲市長一起為現場長者加油。
今年度隊伍中有安養中心長輩組隊參加，團員透過每週一次音樂律，動訓練手部抬舉、關節活動及肌力訓練，強化記憶力和增加身體活動，並隨音樂享受慢活的樂趣。柯市長再次提醒，健康是長者幸福樂活的本錢，鼓勵長者突破年齡框架，多動腦、多運動、多參與社會活動。
