第一次看到廣告時就喜歡上這首歌，雖然聽不太懂。
最近播出時已經加上了中文翻譯，貼近心裡的一種悸動。

當我們變成了大人，在社會上工作、生活、交際，會用積極而熱切的態度跟人應對，
因為保持形象是項重要的自我防衛。
很多人都一樣吧，內心深處存著滿滿的不快樂跟自卑，
害怕被碰觸到最真實的自己，也擔心缺點被嫌棄而選擇隱瞞，
所以我們為自己穿上心靈的盔甲，以為這樣保護著就沒事了。
