You have made me sit on a Swing..like the swing the things in world are not permanent
In this world everything is changing
In this changing world there is something that does not change, we must find that
Releasing your true permanence is Spirituality
Even for a second you get glimpse of the Divine, your life is filled with happiness
Peacock Crown...do you know what does that mean?
Crown is heavy
It resembles that we must take responsibility
Kings used to wear crown
they had to take responsibility of the entire kingdom
Peacock crown means the one who can easily take care of his responsibilities
For Lord Krishna, He could easily take responsibility of the entire world without any stress
This can happen when you feel everyone is your very own
then you will not feel burden of the responsibility
Let us all Meditate for some time now...
When we meditate in a group that becomes a Yagya, when you do it individually it is tapasya
Rules of Meditation
For next 10 minutes
I do not want anything
For this 10 minutes I will not do anything
3rd Rule is I am nothing...
If you feel you are very intelligent then you cannot meditate,
If you feel you are useless then also you cannot meditate
Today before going to sleep keep one desire in your mind , and it will get fulfilled
Let us remove the Rajo Guna..let us throw out all the stress
Move your hands
Close your eyes....
Take a deep breathe in...
and slowly...let go...
Keep your eyes closed
How many of your enjoyed meditation.? raise your hands
I will tell you a story now..
once 3 people died and went to heaven
one american
one european
one indian
when american reached heaven, God welcomed him
same God welcomed the European
but God did not welcome Indian...
Indian got angry that God you did not welcome me
God said...He fears if I get up, you may take my seat!
this means...God is also afraid that an Indian can even move Him
there are 2 ways to look at it
first way is that : either Indians are so corrupt that they will not leave even God
second way is that Indians are Full with divinity, so God fears that His seat will go..
you must no feel bad when you listen to this story...
you must see it in a different angle
that Indian are full with Divinity
once a reporter told me that 2010, was full with scams...
I said that was a good year bcos all the scams came out!
If you change your vision, your life will be different
If we see that year was good as all bad things came up, so now we can improve this
we can either get depressed or see that you have got an new opportunity!
we see that in our country, there is corruption everywhere..
we all must wake up against corruption
we all will pledge that we will stand against corruption
I would recommend all the officei rs that you must put a note on your desk
that i will not take any bribe
you can be reluctant about this...but that is not good
Pravaruti and Nivaruti are 2 things
If you want Nivarutri then you must accept everything
But when you are in Pravaruti, then you must see in such a way that things are not right
Rig Veda has mentioned that you must work and meditate ( relax )
take responsibilities do work and then relax
we do in the opposite way...
when we have to work and make change we tend to be lazy
in Pravaruti you must see what is not proper
and fix it
In Nivaruti you must see that God is taking care of everything
the art of living is to live with Pravaruti and Nivaruti
we think future is destiny
and past as own work...we think of past and become unhappy
past is destiny, future is free will!!
is is the right way to think
think future as an opportunity to improve
and past as destiny
then life will be peacefulk
So now our action item is that
we have to save the society from corruption
there are so many scams going on....corrupt people are exploting the country..
know that Satya Yuga has come
we all will pledge that we will corruption
In earlier times women were allowed to do Shraddha, we must get these things back,
women must has same rights as men


we must all get up against the alcohol consumption...
sudarshan kriya helps people to get out of alcohol consumption
we must keep our city clean
Bikaner is famous for 'Bhujiya'
the whole world knows Bikaner for its tasty 'Bhujiya'
all those who are sitting here will spend 8 hours to clean Bikaner city
we will also explain people how to keep city clean
In Delhi, we did Meri Delhi Meri Yamuna project, by this the entire Delhi got clean
I said, I want to see fishes back in Yamuna river...
when we do small steps (1/10), Nature will do the rest 9/10
There was floods and Yamuna got cleaned!!
Fishes came back!
Q: H ow so we end Corruption?
Ans: If people in society decide that we are not going to support corruption, then we can end it
Corrupt people give money to poor people and tell them to vote
I told them that take the money and then also do not vote them
Corrupt people threatened me that do not talk against corruption, I said I have no fear I will talk what is right
Doctors, here must take pledge that they will not do abortion if there is a girl child to be born
and everyone must do seva
We must all take responsibility like the peacock feather,
it can happen when have strong sankalpa (intention)
this happens when your mind is satisfied
then you get capable to bless others
So everyone must meditate everyday for some time
