Facing the resurgence of the Taiwan dollar, hedging is necessary

If the New Taiwan dollar fails to depreciate to 30 before the U.S. market opens today, then I ask President Trump to deny entry or transit to all Taiwanese officials.

Dear Trump:

If the Taiwan dollar does not depreciate to 30 before the U.S. stock market opens today, all 12 of Taiwan's diplomatic allies (most of which are in Central America) will be forced to sever ties with Taiwan.
