材料
墨西哥餅皮 Mexican Tortilla Wrap 1張/piece
蝦仁 Shrimp 60g
紅蘿蔔丁diced carrot 適量/Appropriate amount
玉米粒 corn kernels 適量/Appropriate amount
起士絲 shredded cheese 適量/Appropriate amount
雞蛋 eggs 4顆/pieces
黑胡椒粉 black pepper powder 少許/a little
蠔油 oyster sauce 1大匙/tbsp
步驟做法
1. 將墨西哥餅皮先放入6吋蛋糕模底部,接著倒入玉米粒、紅蘿蔔丁平鋪於底部。
Place the Mexican tortilla wrap at the bottom of a 6-inch cake pan, then layer the corn kernels and diced carrots evenly on the bottom.
2. 蛋液加入黑胡椒粉、蠔油拌勻。
Mix the egg liquid with black pepper powder and oyster sauce until well combined.
3. 將雞蛋混合液倒入模具裡,放上蝦仁,上面灑上起士絲。
Pour the mixed egg mixture into the mold, place the shrimp on top, and sprinkle shredded cheese on the top.
4. 以烤箱溫度180度烘烤20分鐘,接著再以200度烘烤5分鐘即可。
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and continue baking for 5 more minutes.
