材料 food preparation
切片豬肝 sliced pork liver 300g
蔥花 chopped green onion 適量/appropriate amount
白胡椒粉 white pepper powder 少許/a little
糖 sugar 1大匙/tbsp
香油 sesame oil 1大匙/tbsp
米酒 rice wine 2大匙/tbsp
蠔油 oyster sauce 1大匙/tbsp
太白粉 cornstarch 1大匙/tbsp
步驟做法 Steps
1. 將切片豬肝加入米酒、香油、太白粉,攪拌均勻後靜置醃10分鐘。
Marinate the sliced pork liver with rice wine, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. 加油熱鍋,用中火先爆香蔥花,再放入豬肝快炒10秒。
Add oil and heat the wok., saute the chopped scallions over medium heat until fragrant, then add the pork liver and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
3. 接著加入糖、蠔油、白胡椒粉,再翻炒約30秒即可。
Next, add sugar, oyster sauce, and white pepper powder, then stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
