材料 food preparation
貢丸 Meatballs 6顆/pieces
水 water 1000ml
白蘿蔔 white radish 半條/half
鹽巴 salt 1小匙/teaspoon
白胡椒粉 White pepper 適量/Appropriate amount
芹菜或香菜 celery or parsley 少許/a little
步驟做法 Steps
1. 白蘿蔔洗淨削皮切塊,貢丸用刀子切十字刀,切約1/3深度即可 (這樣煮好的貢丸會類似開花那樣漂亮)
Wash and peel the white radish, then cut it into pieces. Use a knife to make cross-shaped incisions on the meatballs, cutting to a depth of about one-third (this will give the cooked meatballs a beautiful flower-like appearance).
2. 取一湯鍋加入煮至滾沸,放入白蘿蔔煮至略呈透明狀,再放貢丸煮至開花。
Take a soup pot and bring water to a boil. Add the white radish and cook until it becomes slightly translucent. Then add the meatballs and cook until they blossom.
3. 最後加入鹽、白胡椒粉調味。
Finally, season with salt and white pepper powder.
4. 起鍋前再灑上芹菜珠或香菜稍拌一下即可。
Just before serving, sprinkle some parsley or cilantro on top and give it a light stir.
