材料 food preparation
中筋麵粉 all purpose flour 90g
砂糖 sugar 40g
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 40g
雞蛋 egg 1顆
乾桂花 dried osmanthus 2大匙/tbsp
步驟做法 steps
1. 奶油微波溶化後,加入砂糖拌勻。
After the butter melts in the microwave, add sugar and mix well
2. 加入蛋液,攪拌均勻。
Add egg liquid, mix well.
3. 再將乾桂花加入。
Add dried osmanthus.
4. 倒入麵粉,混拌成均勻麵糰。
Pour in the flour and mix into a uniform dough.
5. 將麵糰倒入已鋪好保鮮膜的模具裡,放入冷凍1小時至定型。
Pour the dough into a pre-lined mold with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
6. 之後取出切片,排列於烤盤上,烤箱溫度設定160度烘烤25分鐘,放涼後即可享用。
Afterward, remove it from the mold and slice it. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Let them cool before enjoying.
